Artificial Grass & Turf in Mumbai
A green balcony that survives the summer you're away for.
A real lawn on a Mumbai balcony needs soil, drainage, sunlight, and someone to water it — and dies the fortnight you travel. Artificial turf gives you the green without any of that: it is cut to the balcony, laid over the existing tile or waterproofing, and looks the same in April as it does in August.
We fit landscape turf in 20mm to 40mm pile for balconies, terraces, sit-outs, and play areas, and sports-grade turf where the surface is actually being played on. Everything we lay is UV-stabilised with a perforated drainage backing, because the two ways this product fails in this city are fading in the sun and holding water through the monsoon.
Benefits
Why choose artificial grass?
Green all year
No watering, no mowing, no patchy summer — the balcony looks the same in every season.

Perforated backing lets monsoon rain pass through instead of pooling on the turf.

A soft, even surface with no mud, no soil, and no insects living in it.
Laid in a few hours
Cut and fitted over existing tile or waterproofing — no civil work, no soil, no mess.

FAQs
Artificial Grass — common questions
Yes — in full afternoon sun turf gets noticeably warmer than tile, and that is true of every brand. It cools within minutes of shade or a splash of water. If the balcony is used barefoot at 3pm in May, that is worth knowing before you buy rather than after.
Water drains through the perforated backing and off the existing floor slope, so it does not pool. What matters is that the surface underneath still drains — turf laid over a floor that already holds water will hold it too, and then it smells. We check the fall before laying.
Rinse it down every few weeks, brush the pile up against the lay direction occasionally, and clear leaves so they do not compost in the fibre. Pet areas need a proper wash more often. That is the whole regime.
Slowly. UV-stabilised turf holds its colour for years; cheap unstabilised turf on a west-facing terrace goes grey and brittle in about two. It is the single specification worth paying for, and it is invisible in the showroom.
Yes — we loose-lay with weighted or taped edges over terrace waterproofing rather than gluing to it, precisely so the membrane is not compromised. Adhesive fixing is used only where wind exposure makes it necessary, and then on a suitable substrate.
